Why We SHOULD Talk To Strangers

The world is full of strangers, yet we’re taught from a young age not to talk to “them.” What happens as we gain independence and go out into the world without our parents and caretakers?

We have to talk to strangers in order to progress in life.

Doctors, nurses, teachers, bosses, co-workers, family members, best friends, old friends, new friends, mechanics, accountants, waiters, pilots, astrologers, HR business partners, executives, children, airplane seat neighbors, baristas, police officers … literally everyone in life is a stranger until they’re not. Learning to talk with others in a compassionate, effective, respectful, kind and polite manner. Communicating with confidence, humility and respect can take anyone far in life. Don’t fear it. Go into it.
